Android Apps
- Aleph Beta – Animated Torah videos incredible for all ages, entertaining and deep. In my opinion, the #1 Torah app available. 30 minutes a month free, more content available for subscribers.
- BetaMidrash – An app for the Sefaria.org library. Hundreds of Torah texts in Hebrew and English, organised and searchable. Free, with option to donate.
- Jewish Timeline – 6000 Years – I would call this a “mini-app”. It’s a wonderful interactive timeline with graphics and information for all of Jewish history. Free.
- YU Torah Mobile – An app linked to the Yeshiva University Torah website, with over 100 000 audio shiurim and articles, searchable and downloadable. Free
- Amazon Kindle – Amazon’s entire range of digital books is available to buy and read from this app. Purchase and download a Torah book (there are literally thousands available) and read it on your phone. App is free, books are for sale.

- ORT’s Torah Resources – Includes an online edition of Rabbi Aryeh Kaplan’s “Living Torah” as well as the entire Torah in Hebrew and English, with leining and Haftarot.
- Sefaria – Wonderful online library of many Torah texts in Hebrew and English, growing all of the time.
- Chabad Classic Texts – Library of Texts in Hebrew and English, including the entire Tanach with Rashi, Pirkei Avot, all of the Rambam and more.
Websites for Audio Shiurim
- YU Torah – Yeshiva University Torah website, with over 100 000 audio shiurim and articles, searchable and downloadable. Free
- SimpleToRemember.com – Vast library of audio (and some video) shiurim. Wide range of speakers and topics. Free
- RabbiWein.com – Rabbi Berel Wein’s website where you can purchase his thousands of excellent shiurim on Torah, Jewish history, and great personalities. Pay to purchase shiurim.

- Torah Cafe – Video and audio shiurim. Free to stream, buy subscription to download.
